What You Should Know About Rick's Tai Chi Classes

Liang Gong, Chi Kung and Tai Chi are healing internal practices that include breathing exercises, upper middle and lower body exercises and form practice. They increase range of motion, help maintain bone density, can lower blood pressure, improve aerobic capacity and improve both balance control and sleep quality. They are excellent for people who wish to improve their health and vitality at any age. The lessons are very adaptable to people with varying levels of range of motion and balance. Many of the exercises can be done sitting in a chair or while using a chair back as an extra balance point.

I complete a thorough assessment of the student’s range of motion, balance, and health issues prior to beginning lessons. I will eliminate or modify any exercises for a student who cannot complete them in their traditional format. Please visit the blog on class structure in Nam Hua Notes.

Classes: Classes for multiple students are available for $10 per session per student
